The results of the Sudanese public opinion poll on popular choices for the prime minister for the transitional period

From August 1 to August 10, 2022, the Sudanese Public Opinion Monitoring Platform launched a survey to read public opinion trends about the public's preferred choice for the premiership of the transitional period in the event of reaching a political solution that ends the current coup situation.

The questionnaire included a question about the age group, and geographical area of each participant, in addition to presenting 14 proposed names (their order appears randomly in the poll for each participant) in addition to the possibility of suggesting other names. The options presented included: Abdullah Hamdok, Mudawi Ibrahim, Yasser Arman, Siddiq Al-Sadiq Al-Mahdi, Al-Shafei Khader, Al-Hadi Idris, Sedqi Kablo, Taha Ishaq Othman, Heba Muhammad Ali, Yasser Abbas, Omar Al-Daqeer, Mubarak Ardol, Madani Abbas, Nasr Al-Din Abdel-Bari.

Data was cleaned by removing responses that contained incomprehensible writings that were not related to the context of the questions, or contained spelling errors that made it difficult to understand the answer. The cleaning also adopted the threshold of at least 4 to be included in the statistical analysis.
